You Needed Someone I was there

You needed a Shoulder to Cry on I gave you two

I watched  from afar as you made new friends Slowly replacing me

I Gave you a present and I got a cold stare

I made a promise to you and when I asked you to do the same You shrugged it off and turned away

I  tried to get you to smile but it only happened when someone else did

I wanted to make you happy but everything I do seems so wrong

I'd Drop everything Just to make you happy

But I wonder if you'd do the same

I loved you and I still do

All I wanted was to make you happy

But even that I can't seem to do

What kind of friend am I?

Well you Guessed it

Sadly I still want you to be happy 

But I also want you to be happy with me

Even if it's Not Meant To Be 

I still want you to be Happy
